Saicad products are manufactured and assembled in its facility in North California, USA.

We are ISO- 9001:2015 certified. We are also eJCP certified and are registered under the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls(DDTC) and are ITAR compliant. We thus maintain the highest quality control process and provide full traceability of our product from design to delivery.

We design our products using AutoDesk 2D.All our products are subject to  3D modeling, simulation and Stress/Structural analysis using Auto Desk Inventor. The output is fed through  AutoDesk Fusion 360 to generate the accurate Bill of Material(BOM), manufacturing process and Quality(Inspection ) standards. Our CAD output is fed directly to our Numerical controlled machines to give you the highest quality products.

Material Certificates are available as your product is ready to be shipped.   

Shipping is handled by our global Logistics partner- UPS, so that 24 X7 tracking and delivery notification is available to you.
